COMING UP

Preaching series:
“The Church”

The aim of this series is to give us a chance to review and refocus our understanding of what the Bible says about the Church and what being the Church means in the 21st Century. As well as looking at the Biblical teaching for each session we will try to include the practical applications of the theology in our cultural and contemporary situation.

   Church is . . . family, - with a focus on relationships and the way we are to treat each other.

Who is it for?
Solo is a weekly drop-in for single parents with sole care of their children who would appreciate the chance to meet others in similar situations.

What is it for?
It is an opportunity to discuss relevant issues and concerns, find support and have fun together. Most weeks dedicated children’s workers provide a separate time for the children to enable the parents some space from them during the drop-in.

How can people join in?
All we ask is that you are a sole parent wanting to meet others. If so come along on a Tuesday during term time between 4.30pm - 6.00pm.

Alternatively if you would like to help run the group, care for the children, make the weekly sandwiches or even a meal for the group please contact me as above.
