Those in School Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 can attend.

The booking form will stay in place on our website so you must pre-book each session. Please book by 12noon on Friday for the Friday evening each week.

Pre-booking means we can control the numbers at each session, and have a safe, friendly environment for your children and our volunteers.  Once you have booked if you no longer need your space you can cancel the space using a link in the email confirmation you get when booking.

We will also need you to fill in a registration form on our website prior to your first visit – http://www.woodleybc.org/shout-registration-consent/

Each Friday Evening we will run from 6:30-7:30pm. We ask that you would enter through the garden gate as usual.  If you could arrive promptly that would really help us.

They will exit via the main church doors, but we ask that you don’t come into the building.

On arrival – entry

On entry through the garden gate we would encourage you to drop your children at the gate. As they enter we ask that they use hand sanitiser.  We charge £1 per child to enter.

Sweet Shop

We will have a reduced tuck shop this term. No pick ‘n’ mix, but we will have wrapped sweets and chocolate.  We suggest each child spends up to 50p, but we do allow them to spend more.  We ask that you only send children with the money they can spend on sweets where possible.  We will provide free drinks of squash or water.

Cleaning

We clean before and after each session.

There will be a cleaning station available if they wish to sanitise their hands at any point.

Don’t attend the group if you are unwell.

Please DO NOT ATTEND if you have symptoms of Coronavirus including a high temperature, persistent new cough and/or loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.  Also please don’t attend if you are self isolating.

Mobile Phones

We have a no mobile phone policy. We ask that they don’t bring their phones to Shout.  We have a phone and your contact information should there be an emergency.  If we find that someone has a phone out we will take it away and keep it until the end of the group.

Risk

You agree to your child attending the sessions at your own risk. Even though we are a Covid-19 secure venue, this does not guarantee that we are Covid-19 free.

Please ring 119 to book a test if you have any symptoms for Covid-19 and do not attend the group if you are waiting for a test result.
