Those in School Year 7 can attend.

We welcome new members from any school/home school in year 7.

Please fill in a registration form on our website prior to your child’s first visit – http://www.woodleybc.org/vibe-registration-consent/

We reserve the right to refuse entry if a registration form is not completed.

You only need to register once unless your details change, including medical information.

Please note if they don’t come a for a term then we will need to take them off the register and this will mean you need to re-do the registration form.

Each Friday Evening we will run from 7:45-9pm.

On arrival – entry

On entry through the Garden Gate we would encourage you to drop your children and not come in. We charge £1 per child per week.

They will exit via the fire exit to the right of the main entrance.

Sweet Shop

We will have a sweet shop each week. Pick ‘n’ mix, and wrapped sweets and chocolate, and some fizzy drinks, and fruit juice. We leave the amount they spend to you, but ask they don’t bring lots of money in case they loose it.  We can’t be responsible for any lost money.

There are free drinks of squash or water.  We sometimes do hot dogs or similar and they would be paid for through the club entry fee so free on the night.

Mobile Phones

They can bring their mobile phone.  There is a phone on-site and we have your contact information should there be an emergency.

We ask that if they are taking pictures/videos then not to include others without their permission.

AOB

Each Half-Term we publish the dates we will run and aim to do as many as possible.  We will run at least fortnightly.

We sometimes have a talk/discussion around life and faith which we ask them all to be in for.

We would accept DofE volunteers if they are in Year 11 or above for this group.

All over 18’s have gone through our DBS and Reference Check in line with government guidance.
