ROOM HIRE

We have a number of rooms for hire within our light, spacious building. The facilities range in size from a small room which seats up to five people, to our large carpeted worship area which can seat 200 and is big enough for a bouncy castle. Hirers can make drinks without any additional charge but use of the full kitchen facilities is charged separately.

Prices range from £4 to £30 per hour, with reduced rates on weekdays and for charities and individuals. Free parking is available locally, although shared with other users of the Loddon Vale shops and facilities. The main entrance is via a ramp, through automatic doors. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor and a lift to the first floor. Wi-fi is available through-out the building.

Groups running activities will be asked to show evidence of their public liability insurance and their Safeguarding policy. When booking, group leaders will be asked to confirm that they adhere to the latest government guidelines on Safeguarding of children and/or adults at risk, either with their own policy or by using ours.

Anyone wishing to use the worship area for an event which involves amplification, projection or stage lighting should discuss their needs with Lesley Brown in the church office.

The church reserves the right to turn down a booking request if we deem that the activity is not in line with our Christian ethos.

The Worship Area and the Back Hall can also be combined to create a larger space, by removing the dividing wall.

There are chairs and a range of tables which hirers can use. The hall is adjacent to the kitchen and lounge and there are toilets nearby. Access is also possible into our enclosed garden.

Kitchen

Hirers can make use of the kitchen for hot and cold drinks without any additional charge. Use of the full kitchen facilities is charged at an hourly rate.

Lounge

(off the foyer on the ground floor), with access to the adjacent kitchen and back hall.
