We have supported the Baptist Missionary Society both in finance and in prayer since we began as a church in 1979.
BMS World Mission is an evangelical mission agency which works with local partners in over 30 countries on four continents to transform the lives
of people and help them to experience fullness of life in Jesus Christ. BMS works in church planting, development, leadership, education, health,
justice, and relief. They are able to do this thanks to the support of UK Christians – both individuals and churches, who share their vision for a world made better
through Christ’s grace.
A number of our members contribute to the BMS Birthday Scheme, which raises money for their work worldwide. Those who join the scheme receive a birthday card and are invited to make a donation on their birthday. Please have a word with Carol Runnalls if you would like to join the scheme.
BMS no longer collects stamps or foreign coins. Thank you so much for all who have helped with this.
